Featuring beautifully elegant coachwork from Hooper, the regal classic is dominated by its upright front grille and lengthy hood. This example is wearing a set of Firestone Deluxe Champion white wall tires in order to maintain its 1940s look in the modern era.

The advert notes that its tan leather interior could do with a little tidy up, but nothing that a light bit of restoration couldn’t resolve. Copious amounts of handcrafted wood lines the interior along with plenty of carpeting for a homely feel inside.

Rear occupants are treated to large armchair configured seating, plenty of space to relax, and the privacy afforded by the generous C-pillar. It might be 72 years old, but this grand vehicle still knows how to impress.
