Live out your Hot Wheels dreams!

Through the Hot Wheels Legends Tour, you have the chance to immortalize your ride at 1:64 scale. The famous diecast cars brand is once again touring the United States in search of the best customized cars to consider being made into toys. After a solid turnout in 2018, Hot Wheels has decided to add even more stops to its Legends Tour, which is going on right now, giving you a better chance or making the cut.

For 2019, there are 18 cities on the Hot Wheels Legends Tour list. Each gathering will be held at a Walmart, save the meeting at the Mattel headquarters in El Segundo, California. A finalist will be selected at each of the stops, then all 18 will meet in Las Vegas at the SEMA 2019 show where the finalist will be announced and inducted into the Hot Wheels Garage of Legends.

While you certainly can show up with your customized ride at a local Hot Wheels Legends Tour event, the gatherings offer far more than just that. A life-size fleet of Hot Wheels cars will be on display, making for a great photo opportunity with the whole family. The Hot Wheels Kids Zone will help raise the little ones right by providing an early introduction to car culture. Various influencers from car and pop culture will also be available to meet, adding just one more reason

If you want a crack at having your car immortalized as an official Hot Wheels ride, you need to register on the official Hot Wheels Legends Tour website. Hot Wheels says it’s looking for three elements in the perfect ride. First is authenticity, or something which matches the look and feel of the brand. The second is creativity, because Hot Wheels has made over 25,000 diecast vehicles and wants something fresh. Finally, the third element is garage spirit, or something which is built not bought. In other words, don’t show up with an expensive Porsche which is bone stock and expect to win.
