Dodge called this truck an adult toy, and it wasn’t wrong about that.

There are plenty of cool classic trucks out there, but there aren’t really many like this 1977 Dodge D100 Warlock. This thing was “customized” out of the factory, wearing all kinds of cool details and styling flairs you normally would have to add yourself. It’s in wonderful shape and being generously offered to the public through Vintage Motorcars.

This particular Warlock is incredibly clean and in fantastic condition. A complete restoration means the black paint and unique factory gold pinstriping absolutely gleam under any light. OE gold spoke wheels, fat tires, and real oak sideboards make this truck a true standout. Even the trim, glass, and hardware are in top condition. The previous owner even installed a custom-made tonneau cover for the bed, so you can throw gear in there and keep it safe from the weather.

Looking just as clean as the exterior, the interior also went through a full restoration. Factory items like bucket seats, a fold-down armrest/buddy seat, gauges, power steering, power brakes, and the optional AM/FM/8-track stereo make for an immersive experience. The headliner, carpet, and upholstery are all free of damage and show extremely well.

Powering this Doge D100 Warlock is the 360ci V8, which puts out plenty of power. It works with a 727 TorqueFlight automatic for easy and overall smooth operation.

Starting off as a limited production vehicle when it launched in the latter part of the 1976 model year, Dodge made the Warlock a regular production model in 1977. While not as popular as the L’il Red Express Truck, the Warlock established design cues for the other truck, namely stepside chrome bumpers and an oak-lined bed. Production ran through the 1979 model year. This truck has a strong cult following, making it an excellent buy for anyone with more discerning and unique tastes.
