This well-preserved E30 “vert” is ready for warm weather voyages.

In recent times, the second-generation of BMW’s E30 compact sports car (known as the E30) is one of the most sought after cars from the 1980s and 1990s. While examples of the sporty coupe variant are the hardest to find, clean examples of the sedan and convertible body styles are less scarce, with this 1989 BMW 325i Convertible being a fantastic example of the latter.

The Alpine White exterior paint is in mostly great shape, and the tear-free blue convertible top provides a nice contrast to the beautiful and shining exterior. This example is very well kept and original, even sporting the original “bottle cap” wheels.

Inside the cabin, you’ll find a similarly pristine and original theme in a dark blue color. Under the hood, you’ll find BMW’s workhorse M20 engine, which is a 2.5-liter inline 6-cylinder engine. The powerplant made 168-horsepower from the factory, and in this 325i, it pairs with an automatic transmission to drive the rear wheels. It’s also worth noting that this convertible features a limited-slip rear differential.
