Live out your James Bond fantasy with a lair for your car.

The 2019 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance may be over, but people are still talking about it–namely with regard to Aston Martin. In case you missed it, the British automaker revealed a new design service for car enthusiasts and collectors that takes car ownership to a whole new level. Aston Martin’s bespoke Q division already offers consumers a wide range of customization options to create their dream car, but not the marque provides a service that can design their dream garage as well. It’s called Aston Martin Automotive Galleries and Lairs, and it grants customers the ability to create unique and lavish storage spaces to show off their precious car collection. This includes anything from bespoke and complete garages to luxury retreats.

The service will see clients working with both Aston Martin Design Team members and renowned architects too. In order to demonstrate the brand’s design prowess, the team has already created an exquisite, luxury interior for the 66-story Aston Martin Residences in Miami, Florida, in addition to the interiors of numerous Aston Martin dealership centers. The team has also assisted in designing Aston Martin’s first global brand center, the House of Aston Martin Aoyama, in Tokyo.

"Imagine a home or luxury retreat built around your car,” said Aston Martin Chief Creative Officer, Marek Reichman. "Picture creating the ultimate space to showcase your own automotive works of art. This is now achievable with this new offering. For the car enthusiast, the garage is as important as the rest of the house and a bespoke auto gallery designed by Aston Martin that either focuses on showing off the car or is part of a larger, integrated entertainment space with simulators and such like, takes Aston Martin ownership to the next level.”

We’ve all seen Batman’s Batcave and perhaps wondered what it would be like if we had a similar setup. Well, now is your chance to have the dream car garage you always wanted. No pricing has been announced, as it's certainly going to vary from garage to garage. In fact, entire luxury homes or retreats can be created where the car takes center stage. For example, Aston Martin enlisted Obermoser arch-omo architecture to create a beautiful architectural design concept for an automotive lair that could house the iconic Aston Martin DB5 and Aston Martin Valhalla in a subterranean circular space. The car(s) sits in the middle of an extravagant setting that also provides entertainment and leisure areas for guests. It's the best of both worlds, really.

You can bet your bottom dollar that these bespoke spaces will cost an incredible amount of money. If you have the desire and the means to feed it, feel free to send a request to Aston Martin at ampartnerships@astonmartin.com.

"Aston Martin has decades of expertise in staging cars in order to present them at their absolute best but also understands the importance of storage and maintenance of these living, breathing machines,” said Aston Martin Partnerships Director, Sebastien Delmaire.

"Automotive Galleries can even be designed to fit the era if a customer has a heritage car. We are able to cover every requirement, whether it is to display single cars as pieces of automotive art or a full collection of cars in a private museum. These spaces provide an opportunity for people to create their own unique world where they can share their passion for cars with their guests. The opportunities are endless.”
