Hip To Be Square: 1985 Chevrolet C10 Selling At No Reserve

Pickup trucks from the '70s, '80s and even '90s were once only noteworthy at auction due to modifications and customizations, but lately these trucks have become more popular in stock form. A prime example of this trend is this beautiful 1985 Chevrolet C10 that will be selling for no reserve at GAA Classic Cars auction in November.

Back in its day, this C10 was just your run-of-the-mill pickup with a 305 CID V8 under the hood and a few options like power windows, power door locks and factory air conditioning. It is definitely more than that now as this classic truck is about as clean as you'll find one of these trucks in original condition, and it will be interesting to see how much this truck sells for.

The odometer shows 32,000 miles, and while the listing doesn't say that these are actual miles, it's hard to believe this isn't the case based on the truck's condition. Everything from the interior to the body trim looks to be in great shape, but the biggest indicator of this truck's originality is the cargo bed. There doesn't appear to be a scratch or dent inside the bed, which is practically impossible on any truck let alone a 34-year-old Chevy. The same goes for the inside of this truck with no wear visible on common areas such as the bench seat, steering wheel or carpet.

This now-classic body style was around from 1973 until 1987, and these trucks are starting to pop up at auctions with low-mileage and in great condition like this one.
