During the muscle car era, Mopar came out swinging with large displacement powerplants, robust styling, and a plethora of interesting colors. Unfortunately, during the '70s the cost of fuel skyrocketed along with insurance prices, and soon the plug was pulled on many muscle cars, one being the Plymouth Barracuda. It was in production for a full ten years to the exact day. Cloaked in dark paint with incredible shine, the body of this classic Cuda appears to be in fantastic shape. With a hair over 133,000 miles on the clock, it couldn't look better. This classic also comes adorned with a vinyl blanketing the hardtop, and it is in perfect condition. Protecting the engine bay is a matte "shaker" hood that forces air into the engine complete with hood pins to keep it latched. A contrasting "440" white stripe adds a nice break in the paint, and rear window louvers and spoiler add to its muscle car appeal.

Under the hood of this '74 Cuda is a Hemi-challenging 440cui V8 engine backed by a 3-speed TorqueFlite automatic transmission. The power output was rated at a pavement-pounding 390-horsepower and 490 lb/ft of torque at low RPMs. The "Six-Pack" refers to its three two-barrel carburetors. In addition, the car features a heavy duty suspension and a limited-slip differential.

The 1970 Plymouth Barracuda and Dodge Challenger models were almost identical, except the Dodge was given a longer wheelbase by two-inches. Known as E-bodies, they were produced in hardtop and convertible form and came with an abundance of engine options from a 426 Street Hemi to a modest six-cylinder and everything in between.
