A partial restoration, which included completely redoing the interior, leaves this rig ready to impress even highly critical eyes. Even more importantly, various components like the rear trailing arm bushings, front/rear drive shafts, and axle flange have been replaced.

Thanks to a repaint and virtually unblemished body panels, you could take this SUV to an upscale venue and not feel out of place. Black exterior trim pieces like the grille, headlight bezels, wheels, and roof rack make for an aggressive edge. A polished front skid plate and side steps, plus clear taillights add some interesting contrast.

Taking to the trail would be completely doable with this Defender. It rides on new General Gabber All-Terrain tires, which bite into a whole range of surfaces for excellent grip. Auxiliary LED lights mounted ot the front of the roof rack help with illuminating dark trails or a campsite. Then there’s the 2.5-liter turbo-diesel engine, providing the kind of low-end torque you need to get over obstacles and out of tough spots. A 5-speed manual transmission helps you maintain optimal control at all times, which is another huge plus.

As for the interior, the first thing which jumps out is the two-tone black and orange leather seats. Numerous other upgrades are present, including a custom sound system with a Pioneer touchscreen. Two bench seats in the rear allow you to take along a big group for adventure or a night on the town.
