Bid On This Low-Mileage 1977 AMC Pacer

American Motor Corporation, or AMC, built the two-door compact car from 1975 to 1979 to appeal to those wanting a smaller car but with ample interior room. Raleigh Classic Auctions is excited to offer the opportunity to grab one amazing low-mileage 1977 AMC Pacer. The odometer reads 66,390 and is believed to be correct. Low mileage for its age, it is enough to know that this Pacer Wagon has enjoyed the road from time to time. The car goes up for auction at the NC State Fairgrounds Expo Center and Jim Graham Building in Raleigh on Friday, December 6th. The entire auction runs through Saturday, December 7th, 2018. This particular Pacer Wagon is equipped with the DL package, a higher model given woodgrain instrument panel and Navajo-style upholstery. The DL edition featured other accessories that were optional for other Pacer models. Exterior-wise, additional chrome accents and badging could be found on the body, and it was given different wheel covers. Other offerings include the power steering for easy turns, power brakes to stop, and factory air conditioning to keep cool. 

Powered by a 232cui engine, these cars were rear-wheel-drive and produced 88-horsepower. This specific car looks to be backed by an automatic transmission. A nice black interior looks to be in fantastic shape and all original.
