This collection of cars represents the best of many eras.

The origin of a car collection - what does it mean? To an enthusiast, the significance of a car collection for sale can mean a lot about the car. In the case of the Southern California Collection, up for grabs through Raleigh Classic, the name is also the description of the cars in the collection.

Most are already familiar, but the term ‘California car’ comes from the ideal climate that keeps cars away from salt and brine on salty roads, and minimal exposure to rain that leads to rust and mold. Not only that, the Southern California Collection features some extremely rare cars, low-mileage examples, and fully documented finds - all set to head to the auction block in Raleigh, North Carolina during the winter event, held over December 6th and 7th.
