The car is equipped with an interior and chassis from a modern 2007 Mustang.

When it comes to restomods, they usually leave hardcore traditionalists with clenched fists and sweaty palms. Most car enthusiasts can appreciate the hard work and dedication that went into a project that fuses different generations and turn it into a blended finished product. That rings true with this example here that is the perfect mix using the body of a '69 Mustang and the chassis and interior of a 2007 Mustang. Hollywood Motors is pleased to offer the opportunity to take home this sinister 1969 Ford Mustang SportsRoof Coupe Restomod.

As mentioned above, the '69 body sits on a modern 2007 Mustang chassis. The body of the '07 car was delicately separated, and they left the dashboard, interior, suspension, and drivetrain.

This '69 body of this Pro-Touring beast is blanketed in a menacing Maserati Black Metallic, and the body shows in flawless shape. The fenders were stretched by about 2 inches to sit flush on the wider Mustang chassis below, and it is a full 4 inches wider than a factory '69 Mustang. To accommodate the wheelbase, the front fenders were moved forward several inches. Exterior-wise, this blended Mustang features a custom hood complete with signal indicators and using first-gen Camaro hinges. A set of 20-inch Foose wheels on all four corners add the finishing touch to its exterior. This restomod has been completely blacked out including the fenders, mirrors, trim, and even the headlights have been tinted. For improved handling and stance, the car was lowered about two inches.

Powering the car is a stock 4.6-liter V8 engine with cold air induction and backed by a 5-speed manual transmission. Maneuvering is made easy thanks to rack-and-pinion power steering, and the car even features power windows and door locks. Stopping power is provided by ABS brakes.

Open the doors to a leather interior from the '07 model, and even the factory air conditioning was left intact to keep air blowing ice cold. It features cruise control for easy cruising on the highway, and an AM/FM/CD with iPhone hookup keeps your favorite jams coming.

This particular example won "Best Ford" at the Good Guys Nashville Nationals with over 2,000 cars in attendance. With just 37,076 miles on the clock, the car is considered low mileage, but it is enough to know that it has enjoyed the open road from time to time.

If this '69 Ford Mustang SportsRoof Coupe Restomod is up your alley, make sure to contact Hollywood Cars today. The car is listed at $69,900, but feel free to submit an offer.
