This example sold new from Lynch Hummer based right here in the Chesterfield, MO on October 9th, 2003 with only 6 miles on the odometer. It stayed with the original owners for the first 13 years, before we had the opportunity to purchase it in January 2016 with approximately 160k miles. We are counting ourselves as the second owners, and upon its arrival, we had out sister company, HummerService.com, complete a full service inspection and appropriate services to ensure it was in tip top condition for our use. This included replacing the battery, front brake pads & rotors, front wheel bearings, inner tie rods & ball joints, installing new Mickey Thompson Baja MTZ all terrain tires, front end alignment, new front differential output seal, new rear wiper module, roof top lamp seals, valve cover & intake manifold gaskets, new water pump, thermostat, &n engine temperature switch, all new coolant, replaced both exhaust manifolds along with new gaskets & bolt hardware, engine oil & filter change, new transmission fluid with filter, fresh air filter & fuel filter, and new spark plugs and ignition wires.
Cosmetically, we elected to strip and repaint the front brush guard & side step bars, along with replacing the front grill and fascia for new. The leather seats were showing their age, particularly the driver's seat, so for our company use we elected to cover all surfaces with the CoverCraft Seat Savers® for added durability. Otherwise, it was already very well maintained and ready to enjoy! We elected to drive this H2 sparingly for limited outings and errands for nearly 4 years as our company shop truck adding just 1,500 to the odometer. Today, it now shows 163,511 miles.
