The body on the Suburban is totally solid and rust free as any lifelong CA truck should be, and it never saw salt so it looks new. The truck has lived its life in the Sunny Southwest climate and had always been well cared for and garaged. The axles and suspension case are all stock, and ride height hasn't been modified and maintains a smooth, factory ride. This truck has never seen any off-road use or abuse judging by its perfect exterior condition. Everything runs and functions as it should. The truck rides on newer Suburban 2500 17" wheels with Sumitomo Load Range E tires in great shape. The truck does have nicely upgraded rear tail lights and 3rd stop lemp as well.

The interior is in great shape all around. The windshield is in very nice condition and the glass is chip free. The gray leather bucket seats are all in very good shape and look like new. All dials and controls function as they should and are illuminated at night. The sound system is upgraded BOSE and remains crystal clear. The upgraded roof mounted rear dvd with Aux inputs is great for reviewing video or games for the kids. The rear rows are great to carry extra passengers, and all eight seating positions have seat belts. Carpets are all perfect with no ware spots or damage. The rear compartment and carpets are in such clean condition! A set of floor mats finishes off the interior nicely!.

Mechanically, this Burban runs GREAT! It starts right up and shifts great. The 6.0L V8 engine has never been neglected and runs like a top! This is a 2500 model which has the larger motor and allows for significantly higher towing capacity than the 1500. This is widely known as being THE best Gasoline motor for towing. The larger engine pairs up nicely with the rear-wheel drive with locker to make this truck complete. Every mechanical system on this truck was gone through and given a clean bill of health. The engine compartment was fully detailed to show condition. Everything under the hood is in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition and OEM parts are used throughout.

All in all, this is one of the cleanest and well put preserved Suburban's that I have had the privilege of being associated with. It has been professionally maintained and truly loved by its previous owner. This is a fantastic example and will be the envy of any true Chevy lover!
