Lincoln really went for an exceptional level of style on the Mark VIII. It looks like they took up all the time at Ford's wind tunnel until everything from the headlights to the rear fenders had a swept-back look created by speed. Even the hallmark continental spare tire hump in the trunk got the aerodynamic treatment. So it's hard not to be impressed with the design as it has matured into a proper classic.
