This 2003 Chevrolet Corvette is a 50th Anniversary Edition convertible that is powered by a 5.7-liter LS1 V8 paired with a four-speed automatic gearbox and is finished in 50th Anniversary Red Metallic over Shale leather upholstery. The 5.7-liter LS1 V8 was factory rated at 350 horsepower and 360 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic gearbox and a limited-slip differential. Equipment includes a Shale convertible soft top, 17″ and 18″ five-spoke wheels, a limited-slip differential, Magnetic Selective Ride Control, power-adjustable seats, heads-up display, dual-zone automatic climate control, a CD stereo, a 12-disc CD changer, and a Bose sound system. The car is finished in 50th Anniversary Red Metallic and features a Shale convertible soft top, pop-up headlights, a Corvette-branded front plate cover, 50th Anniversary emblems, a power antenna, and quad exhaust outlets. Champagne-finished 17″ and 18″ five-spoke wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport A/S tires measuring 245/45 in front and 275/40 out back. Magnetic Selective Ride Control was included as part of the 50th Anniversary Edition package, and the car is also equipped with Active Handling and traction control.
