This 1965 Ford Mustang Coupe is in excellent condition inside and out. It's a C-code, which means it's a factory 289ci V8 car. It's a rust-free, Southwest car that was built in Los Angeles, CA, and spent many years in Arizona. We recently acquired it along with three other vintage Mustangs from a car collector's estate in Kingman, AZ. The previous owner has been collecting cars for over 50 years, and this was one of his favorites, having owned it for over 25 years. The car came nicely equipped with factory options like power steering, power brakes, and air conditioning.
It's finished in its original color of Springtime Yellow and it appears to have had one repaint many years ago, yet it still shows beautifully. It also looks like much of the chrome has been redone. The car isn't perfect but shows very well for what I would consider a very nice, solid driver. It has a black interior that appears to have been fully restored and looks amazing. This car was meticulously cared for and properly stored. All the chrome and interior trim are wonderful, including the dash and gauge cluster. To top it off, most everything works in the car, including a great-sounding fitted AM/FM cassette radio!
Mechanically, we had the car checked out, servicing the brakes, fluids, and fuel system after it came out of long-term storage. It runs and drives great, and it's only getting better with use. Cars like this, especially in this condition, are rare finds. As mentioned earlier, we recently acquired this car as part of a collection in Kingman, AZ, and this is the first time it has been available to the public in decades. It has always been stored indoors and is completely rust-free. Overall, this is a spectacular car with just the right amount of patina to make it a fun driver that you won't have to worry about getting its first chip. Don't wait—this won't last long, and it will be hard to find another one like it.

Beautiful exterior finished in its original color of Springtime Yellow with one repaint done several years ago. Some original paint is still present in the trunk and under the hood.
Excellent paint finish that shines and shows wonderfully, with a few minor imperfections that are hardly noticeable.
The body is super straight with excellent fit and finish.
Absolutely rust-free, as it's been a California and Arizona car since new.
Very nice chrome and brightwork throughout. Some of the main chrome appears new, while some, like the vent window chrome, shows a bit of patina, but overall it's excellent and presents well.
It has been well-kept, showing only 77k believed to be original miles.
The black interior is in wonderful condition and appears to have been fully restored at some point.
The dash, chrome, and gauge cluster are all beautiful.
The gauges, lights, and radio all work great.
This is a factory air-conditioned car, but the components under the hood were removed. The under-dash unit is still there, but the compressor and condenser are missing, which are readily available if you wish to restore the system.
Mechanically, it's in excellent condition and runs and drives great.
The engine bay is clean with a chrome dress-up kit.
We had the car checked out, servicing the brakes, fluids, and fuel system after it came out of long-term storage
All the glass and weather stripping are in great shape. It still has its original trunk weather stripping.
Inside the trunk is all original with its correct trunk liner and spare.
