Restored 1953 Dodge B-Series Pickup Hammers For $26K

That's where trucks like this completely restored 1953 Dodge B-Series pickup come into play, and with a sale price of $26,000 at GAA Classic Cars, this Dodge proves that you don't have to break the bank for a turn-key, show-worthy truck.

Despite being an older restoration (around 25 years ago), this truck is still quite a looker. That's because it has been driven less than 1,000 since the restoration, and it has always been stored away from the elements in a garage. While a growing number of the Ford and Chevy trucks you see from this era are customized and painted in flashy colors, this Dodge looks about as fresh as the day it was built with an understated dark green paint accented with black bumpers and running boards, yellow steel wheels with chrome hubcaps and a wood-lined cargo bed with some wood side rails for extra charm.

Being the half-ton variant, this truck was technically called the Dodge B1-B, which means it's powered by an inline six-cylinder flathead engine rated at 95 horsepower and a four-speed manual transmission. The 1953 model year was the final year of the B-Series line design, and you probably won't find many that are as clean as this one. It's a shame that this truck has been sitting for so long, but now it's ready for a new owner.
